Cancellation Policy: We understand that sometimes things come up and plans need to be changed or cancelled. If you cancel your reservation with us at least seven (7) days before your lesson or tour you will receive a full refund minus a 10% handling fee. If you cancel two to six days prior to your lesson or tour you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel the day before, the day of or are a no-show there is no refund. We reserve the right to cancel lessons and excursions due to inclement weather or other decisions. If we cancel you will receive a full refund. Generally we will make the decision to cancel a lesson or tour due to weather at the designated meeting place and at the scheduled time of departure. If the weather is "questionable" we ask that you at least show up at the pre-arranged meeting place, otherwise no refund will be issued.

*Please note - the above cancellation policy applies to our day trips and lessons only. Multi-day trips have a different cancellation policy which varies depending on the trip. If you register for a multi-day trip your specific cancellation policy will be included with your registration materials.
